Hi, mama! I am thrilled to come alongside you on this journey. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 6 months pregnant and gained 70 lbs. I knew that when I gave birth that I would have a long journey up ahead. I didn't know all that would come into play or what would work for me - but through a series of trial and error- I discovered my method. I wanted to cultivate a healthy approach to health and wellness. I wanted to ensure that whatever plan I came up with, I could stick to for a lifetime. Therefore, I created this postpartum fitness program as a means to encourage other mamas to delve deep into what the Bible says about food consumption and portion control-because that's majority of the battle-and then I added the workouts and meal ideas/food swaps that worked for me along the journey. In the spirit of transparency, it took me one full year to lose all of the weight. My encouragement here is to take your time, be gentle with yourself, and trust God to lead you through this along the way! He's got you!
